The best time to remove narcissus bulbs from the soil is after its flowers and leaves dry up, about 1.5-2 months after flowering. We clean the bulbs from the soil, let them dry in a shady ventilated place, and then store them in paper boxes or pouches in a dark dry place for a few months, so we can plant them again in the fall.

The narcissus multiplies mainly with its bulbs. In late summer, we dilute the densely formed bulbs and plant them in different parts of our garden. Of course, narcissus is also propagated by seed that is freshly harvested during the summer and planted in pots in late summer or in the autumn.
